About this Position

Are you ready to shape digital solutions for New Product Introduction and Label Artwork Management and help improve our end-to-end processes? Join our team of IT experts and Process Managers in a BizDevOps setup to drive digital transformation together with our business partners and stakeholders.

What you´ll do

  • Own and further develop IT solutions for label artwork and workflow management, covering the full application lifecycle
  • Translate business needs into clear solution concepts and lead related projects together with global teams in Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, and Global Business Solutions
  • Improve processes by identifying optimization potential and implementing best‑practice and innovative digital solutions
  • Coordinate internal and external partners to ensure smooth delivery, stable operations, and continuous improvement
  • Provide guidance to users and support change management to ensure successful adoption of new solutions

What makes you a good fit

  • Master’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT project management, ideally in Label Artwork, New Product Introduction, or Marketing content management
  • Solid experience in application management and familiarity with agile ways of working (e.g., Azure DevOps or Jira)
  • Strong understanding of workflow design, process management, and data management tools
  • Experience with SAP is a plus; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Wave, Esko or other label artwork systems is appreciated
  • A hands‑on mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across global and cross‑functional teams
  • Motivation to drive improvements and work in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
  • Fluency in English; German is a plus
