Manager Business Building - Debonding-on-Demand Go-to-Market (GTM) (d/f/m)

About this Position
We are looking for a forward-thinking and results-driven Manager for Debonding-on-Demand Go-to-Market to join our Business Building team.
What you´ll do
- Develop global GTM strategy for Debonding-on-Demand across industries - align and ensure execution with units
- Create transparency on market potential by industry, and the link to tangible business opportunities and commercial impact
- Develop the partner ecosystem required for effective GTM together with business units and central functions
- Represent Debonding-on-Demand externally at selected conferences, ecosystems and towards partners
- Create and roll out common GTM materials, playbooks, and standards
- Drive internal collaboration and exchange to keep stakeholders aligned
- Monitor the effectiveness of GTM activities and translate insights into concrete actions
What makes you a good fit
- Degree in business, engineering, innovation, or a comparable field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B go-to-market, strategy, partnerships, or business building (automotive, electronics, or packaging preferred)
- Strong project management skills, ability to drive execution across senior stakeholders without direct line authority
- Excellent communication skills, including facilitation and clear storytelling for different audiences
- Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
