What you´ll do
- Ensuring the fulfillment of the weekly production plan, taking into account available resources and capacities
- Monitoring the production plan and promptly adjusting to any demand changes
- Ensuring compliance with quality and safety regulations
- Process control and improvement using LEAN tools
- Tracking the inventory of raw materials, packaging materials, and semi-finished products
- Actively participating in production projects, workshops
- Preparing work instructions
- Preparing weekly production reports and reporting to the production manager
- Creating shift schedules and providing professional support to shift leaders
What makes you a good fit
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry
- Engineering degree
- Active English language skills
- Communicative, problem-solving, and responsible personality
- Knowledge of LEAN tools
- Familiarity with P&G 19 Key Elements customer requirements
