About this position
About this Position
- Consultant Education should have strong knowledge of hair & scalp with good sense of beauty.
- Delivery quality education program & activity follow by brand direction and message. Provide consistently customer education service to ensure all customer willing and well to use our product.
What you´ll do
- Coordinate & assist event, seminar and workshop and evaluation.
- Execute in salon product training, demo and in studio class for salon customer.
- Delivery route salon visit for education problem solving and follow up.
- Coordinate prepare and delivery monthly Internal staff training from trend, knowledge, presentation, experience, product information and share competitor information help to develop strong team.
- Good communication with sales team and marketing team to achieve brand goals and objective.
- Assist in managing & monitor Beauty studio, help to monitor & manage monthly training product usage.
- Prepare product testing and report.
What makes you a good fit
- 5 Year’s in salon / Academy working Experience.
- Minimum Academic Qualifications:
- Positive mentality/attitude is a must.
- High school/high education above or equivalent qualification. - Candidate with related experience in education in hairdressing & beauty industry.
- With hairdressing or relate certificate qualifier.
- Fluent Cantonese and workable English Level.
