About this position

What you´ll do

  • Maintain the factory equipment, conduct calibration of measuring instruments, and update the annual PM plan.
  • Conduct data analysis and on-site inspections to identify root causes (such as program logic errors or equipment aging),  and formulate improvement measures to prevent recurrence.
  • Complete the installation, commissioning and acceptance of new equipment, including progress tracking, resource coordination, and compilation of WI (Work Instruction) documents.
  • Conduct renovation evaluations to assess the feasibility of equipment upgrades and implement the approved plans.
  • Familiar with coater, coating industry is much better.

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Chemical Machinery, Process Equipment and Control Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Automation, Thermal Energy and Power Engineering, or other related majors.
  • At least 3 years of experience in equipment management/maintenance in chemical plants. Candidates with experience in  maintenance, high-voltage equipment management, or VOC treatment systems are preferred.
  • Have problem analysis and solving abilities; able to respond quickly to equipment failures and coordinate internal and external resources for handling.
  • Possess strong safety awareness; familiar with the "Basic Norms for Work Safety Standardization of Chemical Enterprises" (AQ/T 3013) and the safe operation procedures for chemical plant equipment.
  • Good at English writing and reading, and fluent in spoken English.
