This is a talent pool for our Regional Supply Planner roles in our Budapest-based Supply Chain HUB. Please note that by submitting your application, you are not applying for a specific position. What you´ll do
- Plan the replenishment of finished goods in various countries within Europe
- Take over the planning responsibility for full portfolio of specific technology within region
- Maintain strong working relationships with Henkel production plants in order to confirm production/shipping schedules and ensure on-time in-full deliveries
- Cooperate closely with Production Planners and other key departments like Business Planning, Customer Service, Logistics, Packaging and Purchasing
- Shortage management: Proactively report and manage service level issues and supply bottlenecks
- Project management on regional level
- Manage the inventory to an optimum level
- Continuously optimize processes and setup
What makes you a good fit
- Min. Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Business Administration/Economics or related field, with focus on supply chain
- Min. 1-3 years of proven work experience in Supply Planning role or related field
- Fluent English (oral and written) is required
- Another European language knowledge is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills and good communication skills
- Advanced Excel skills are required
- SAP APO planning tool knowledge is an advantage
- Problem-solving attitude and team orientation
- Ability to work in a diverse environment and with colleagues from around the globe
