1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 6am-2:30pm W/ flexibility to cover 2nd Shift as needed.

This is an on call position!

What you´ll do

  • Safety-focused mindset is required, with a demonstrated commitment to following all safety procedures and proactively identifying and addressing potential hazards.
  • Must work effectively in an environment with a strong focus on Process Safety Management (PSM), preventive maintenance, and 5S standards.
  • High mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills are required.
  • Experience maintaining and repairing mixing equipment—including tanks, agitators, filters, pumps, meters, and valves—is preferred.
  • Pipefitting and process-line repair experience is preferred.
  • Welding, fabrication, and repair experience is preferred.
  • Must consistently follow established procedures, properly document completed work, and communicate equipment or safety concerns promptly.

What makes you a good fit

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of five years of related maintenance or mechanic experience, technical training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Intermediate computer skills required, including email, word processing, and general computer navigation; SAP experience preferred. Electrical, welding, and/or hydraulic certifications are preferred.
  • Must be able to safely lift and handle materials weighing up to 50–55 pounds.
  • Experience managing maintenance spare-parts inventory is preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of experience safely operating a forklift is required.
  • Must consistently follow all applicable safety procedures, including requirements related to PPE, lockout/tagout, powered industrial trucks, and safe material handling.

The hourly pay range for this role is $35.00 and $40.00. This range reflects the good‑faith minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting.  This role is classified as non‑exempt, and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in this position may be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms of compensation, depending on role and location. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, training, certifications, and work location.
