About this position

What you´ll do

  • Supports the SHE team in operational activities, ensuring compliance with internal requirements, procedures, and prevention processes.
  • Maintains and updates SHE documentation, records, prevention reports, and related information in the prevention management platform.
  • Supports the follow-up and recording of preventive and corrective actions, employee training, and qualification requirements.
  • Manages occupational safety documentation, including Material Safety Data Sheets and documentation required for the approval of Henkel employees and external providers.
  • Provides administrative support to external providers during qualification and approval processes.
  • Supports monthly SHE reporting, including hours worked, energy consumption, and waste generation.
  • Collaborates in the preparation of annual prevention documentation and reports and provides administrative and order-management support to prevention technicians.

What makes you a good fit

  • Degree in Business Administration or similar studies.
  • Intermediate to advanced level of English and advanced level of Spanish.
  • Availability for a 12-month internship, (6-8 hours/day) via internship agreement (Convenio de prácticas)
  • Place of internship: Montornes del Valles
  • Motivation and interest in developing a career in Occupational Safety and Risk Prevention.
  • Good digital skills and command of MS Office for document preparation, presentations, and basic data tracking.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when working with data and documentation.
  • Proactive, responsible, and reliable attitude, with willingness to learn and ability to work independently when required.
