About this Position
日野工場（滋賀県）にて、製造現場の生産性向上やデジタル化を推進するプロジェクトをサポートいただくインターンシップです。
ヘンケルの接着剤事業では、安全・品質・生産性を高いレベルで維持しながら、Automation（自動化）、DX（デジタル化）、LEAN（生産性改善）活動を推進しています。本ポジションでは、製造部門や品質部門と連携しながら、実際の改善プロジェクトに携わっていただきます。
担当いただくプロジェクトは、ご自身の専攻や経験、スキルに応じて決定されます。
What you´ll do
製造技術チームの一員として、以下のサポート業務を担当いただきます。
- Automation（自動化）プロジェクトのサポート
- DX（デジタル化）推進プロジェクトのサポート
- 生産性改善（LEAN）活動のサポート
- プロジェクト関連ドキュメント作成・管理
- データ収集および分析業務
- 関係部署とのミーティング・改善活動への参加
- 製造・品質・安全に関わる業務支援
※担当業務は候補者のバックグラウンド（機械、電気・電子、化学、IT等）に応じて決定します。

What makes you a good fit
必須要件
- 大学または大学院に在籍中の方
- 3か月以上のインターンシップ参加が可能な方
- 週3日程度、日野工場への出社が可能な方
- 日本語で円滑なコミュニケーションが取れる方
- 理系専攻の方: 化学工学、機械工学、電気・電子工学、その他関連分野
- Microsoft Office（Excel、PowerPoint）の基本操作ができる方
- Project Documentation作成スキルをお持ちの方
