About this Position
Develop and implement Trade Marketing strategies for Henkel’s Adhesives business, ensuring effective execution across sales channels, driving profitable brand growth, strengthening relationships with key customers, and optimizing the shopper experience at the point of sale.
What you´ll do
- Design and execute the annual Trade Marketing plan aligned with the company’s commercial objectives.
- Lead brand activation strategies across different channels in Guatemala (retail, distribution, hardware stores, e-commerce, and professional channels), as well as in El Salvador, Honduras, and the Caribbean.
- Manage product launches, promotions, and point-of-sale campaigns.
- Develop POP materials and sales tools that enhance brand visibility and conversion.
- Analyze performance indicators, including sell-in, sell-out, market share, and promotional ROI.
- Identify growth opportunities by channel, category, and customer.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.
- Manage Trade Marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and return on investment.
- Lead negotiations of promotional activities and joint business plans with strategic customers.
- Oversee field execution of Trade Marketing strategies, ensuring adherence to excellence standards.

- Experience in Trade Marketing, Marketing, or Sales.
- Experience managing regional customers and distributors.
- Proven track record in implementing commercial growth strategies.
- Negotiation and key account management.
- Commercial analysis, profitability management, and KPI tracking.
