About this Position

 

What you´ll do

  • Implementing Henkel Company Quality standards; HACCP, GMP, Quality Management Systems (QMS), Hygiene Risk Assessment, Cleaning and Disinfection Program and best industry practices to the daily live of the production plant.
  • Leading the site Microbiology program. Direct leadership of the site Hygiene team. Indirect leadership across the site through Auditing and Compliance Assessments and consistent Hygiene program implementation.
  • Setting the high standards and pushing the implementations through.
  • Managing and continuously improving plant Hygiene results through thorough Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA). Risk-Based Decision Making to Mitigate Hygiene-Related Risk.
  • Strive for ongoing improvement: digitization, staying in touch with the current best practices, self- development and plant team ongoing development 

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in field of microbiology 
  • 3 years of relevant professional experience in the field of quality/hygiene leadership position in production
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills
  • Fluent language skills in German and English
