About this position
What you´ll do
- Make an impact by developing sourcing strategies partnering with global / regional teams.
- Contribute to deliver bottom line/top line results by managing own spend / projects.
- Formulate and lead negotiation strategies across supplier base on commercial agreements and mitigate risks.
- Continuously identify strategic sourcing opportunities and deliver sustainable saving pipeline.
- Drive the digitalization agenda by utilizing digital tools & supporting the introduction of new solutions to efficiently generate a high impact.
- Define and manage supplier portfolios and strategic supplier relationships.
- Shape your own career with global & regional opportunities in trainings, job rotation, and development programs within Henkel.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of sourcing / procurement experience, ideally in raw material / chemical.
- Able to build and maintain effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to create and lead the implementation of sourcing strategies.
- Strong negotiation skill, analytical thinking and problem solving skill.
- Affinity for data analytics, ability to handle a high level of complexity & ready to simplify it.
- Willingness for job rotation into different category of sourcing at a later point in time.
- Silicones industry background is a plus.
