What you´ll do
1. Strategic Category Leadership / 戦略的カテゴリーリーダーシップ
Henkelの長期的なビジョンに沿って、FORMカテゴリーのグローバル戦略を策定・実行します。市場および消費者インサイトを分析し、成長機会を特定します。
2. Innovation & Portfolio Management / イノベーション・ポートフォリオ管理
製品のコンセプト立案から市場投入まで、イノベーションを主導します。持続可能な成長を促進する、収益性の高いバランスの取れた製品ポートフォリオを管理します。
3. Brand Equity & Marketing Excellence / ブランド価値・マーケティング推進
デジタル、店頭販促（POSM）、教育、コミュニケーションを含む360°のグローバルマーケティング戦略を策定します。一貫したブランドストーリーテリングと、各地域に合わせたブランド展開を推進します。
4. Cross-Functional & Market Collaboration / 他部門・グローバル連携
R&D、サプライチェーン、営業、エデュケーション部門と連携し、円滑な市場導入を実現します。グローバルおよび地域チームと協力し、効果的な市場展開を図ります。
5. Business & Performance Management / 業績・事業管理
カテゴリーのP&L（損益）を管理し、主要なKPIをモニタリングして意思決定を支援します。リソースと予算を最適化し、ROI（投資対効果）と成長の最大化を目指します。
6. Leadership & Team Development / チームリーダーシップ・人材育成
高い成果を上げるマーケティングチームを率い、インスパイアします。イノベーション、責任感、グローバルな視点を持つ次世代マーケティング人材の育成を推進します。
About this Position
- ヘンケルが展開する資生堂プロフェッショナルブランドの中核カテゴリー「FORM（パーマ・スタイリング・メンズ）」をリードする、戦略的かつ情熱的なグローバルマーケティンググループマネージャーを募集しています。
- 日本のグローバル本社で勤務し、イノベーションやポートフォリオ拡大を通じて、持続的な成長を実現するポジションです。
- 外資系企業のリージョン（地域本部）に所属するが、ブランドホルダー（ヘッドクオーター機能）として戦略や商品、プロモ―ションをゼロから企画してグローバルでのマーケティング展開の仕事を経験することが出来ます。
- 英語力を活かしたコミュニケーションやグローバルビジネスの場で活躍することが出来ます。
What makes you a good fit
Must have
- FMCG（スキンケア・メイク・ヘアなど美容製品、日用品、食品、飲料、家電、アパレル、ラグジュアリー品など消費財領域）のご経験をお持ちの方
- マーケティング全般、戦略立案、施策立案などの実務経験が5～10年以上
- 人事マネジメント経験が3年以上
- 日本語ネイティブ必須、且つビジネスレベルの英語力をお持ちの方
- 変化の激しい環境でも柔軟に対応し、クロスファンクショナルなチームを牽引できるリーダーシップと協調性をお持ちの方
- 学士号以上をお持ちの方
Nice to have
- 新製品開発（NPD）および市場導入戦略の立案・実行経験をお持ちの方
- グローバルまたはリージョナルレベルでのマーケティング経験をお持ちの方
- プロフェッショナルヘアケア業界（サロン向けヘアケア業界）におけるブランドマーケティング経験をお持ちの方
