With your strong technical expertise, you translate security architectures and best practices into effective training formats. Your goal: empower employees worldwide not only to recognize cyber risks, but to act confidently and securely in their day-to-day work.

What you´ll do

  • Responsibility for the design, implementation, and continuous development of the global cybersecurity awareness and training portfolio
  • Analyze current cyber threats, regulatory requirements, and technological developments, and translate them into practical, hands-on training content
  • Plan and deliver global training initiatives, particularly for technical target groups such as Application Managers
  • Build and continuously enhance a scalable global train-the-trainer framework
  • Closely collaborate with subject matter experts across all relevant security domains (e.g., cloud, OT, identity, incident response)
  • Measure training effectiveness using clear KPIs (e.g., phishing simulations, awareness metrics, participation rates)
Continuously optimize training content in line with the evolving threat landscape

What makes you a good fit

  • Completed degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or a comparable qualification
  • At least 4 years of professional experience in cybersecurity or a related IT environment, along with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in designing, delivering, and further developing training formats—ideally in an international corporate environment
  • Cybersecurity certifications (e.g., Security+, CISSP, CISM) are an advantage
  • Strong technical understanding of IT and security architectures
  • Proven ability to translate technical and security-related content into audience-appropriate formats—from non-technical stakeholders to technical experts
  • Business-fluent English skills; German language skills are a plus
