About this Position

Key Account Manager role, based in Lisbon, with end-to-end responsibility for a portfolio of strategic customers.
A hands-on position, close to the business and the customer, with clear accountability for growth and profitability.

What you´ll do

  • Own and develop strategic customer accounts, acting as the main commercial reference
  • Lead complex commercial negotiations and partnership models
  • Define and execute commercial plans focused on growth, profitability, and sell-out
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Supply, Trade)
  • Monitor performance across P&L, margins, and commercial investments

What makes you a good fit

  • Around 7–10 years of commercial experience, with solid seniority in Key Account Management
  • Hands-on background, comfortable operating close to the customer and the business
  • Experience in FMCG, retail, distribution, DIY, home improvement or building materials
  • Proven exposure to organized retail and strategic customers in competitive environments
  • Strong track record in high-complexity negotiations
  • Analytical, commercially sharp, and results-driven
  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree | MBA/postgraduate valued
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese
