About this Position
カラーチームでは、日本を含むアジア市場向けのヘアサロン用ヘアカラー製品の新製品開発を担うメンバーを募集しています。
処方開発から評価、上市準備まで一連のプロセスに携わり、社内外の多様なステークホルダーと連携しながら、革新的な製品開発を推進していただきます。
What you´ll do
- ヘアカラー新製品の処方開発、試作、評価、安定性試験
- 上市に向けた各種ドキュメント作成、競合製品の分析・評価
- ヘアカラー・ヘアケア製品に関連する新技術開発
- 大学や外部研究機関との共同研究・技術連携
- 社内外ステークホルダー（R&D、マーケティング、サプライチェーン、製造、原料メーカー、外部研究機関など）との連携・調整
- 英語を使用したメール、会議、資料作成などの国際的コミュニケーション
What makes you a good fit
Must have
- 化学系・生物系の学士以上の学歴
- ヘア製品（シャンプー、トリートメント、ヘアカラー）またはパーソナルケア製品の処方開発経験 5年以上
※3年以上のご経験でも検討可能 - 化粧品・医薬部外品に関する関連法規の基礎知識
- 社内外の関係者と円滑に連携できる高いコミュニケーション能力
- 日本語・英語スキル必須（CEFR B1以上）

- 技術開発や基礎研究のご経験
- 英語を使用した業務経験、海外関係者との協働経験高い成長意欲を持ち、変化の多い環境にも前向きに取り組める方
