About this Position
As a Key Account Manager Trainee, you will support the Key Account Management team in daily operations and customer-related tasks. This role offers you the opportunity to develop essential skills in sales, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration within a leading FMCG company.
What you´ll do
- Ensures support to Key Account Management/Sales department of Henkel Consumer Brands Division on aspects regarding customers and internal department policy
- Gather, summarize and analyze market & customer information
- Maintain internal files/documents in an accurate and timely manner
- Assist sales team in daily tasks
- Participate in relevant internal meetings & keep minutes when required
- Keep close communication with other relevant departments (marketing, costumer service, finance, logistics)
What makes you a good fit
- University degree, economical studies preferred
- Knowledge of MS Office: good knowledge of all applications necessary (Excel, PPT, Word, Outlook)
- English fluent (oral and written)
- Math and comprehension skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Willingness to work as a team player
- Ability to take direction
