YOUR ROLE

  • Responsible for analysis and monitoring the electronic invoice process

  • Landmark for the Customer Service Adhesive team on the electronic invoice and collaborate with the supplier of the service/system

  • Support the management to the implementation of improvement solutions for the electronic invoice flow, having the chance to interface with other departments such as Finance, IT and Logistics

  • Tracking of the requirements of the clients for the development of new functionalities for the continuous improvement

YOUR SKILLS

     
  • Bachelor's Student or Graduate in Economy/Business Administration/Management Engineering
  • 6 months internship
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel
  • Good level of English language
  • Nice to have SAP knowledge
