YOUR ROLE

  • Collect data for external payroll provider for monthly payroll processing 

  • Activities to prepare and check pay slips and related payments 
  • Monthly closure of presence and administration of time attendance system

  • Employee insurance management

  • Management of administrative practices (reduction's calculation of INAIL rate, practices of collective dismissal, preparation of ad hoc documents for employees)

  • Management of relationships with institutions such as FASCHIM/FASI/Previndai

YOUR SKILLS

  • Master’s degree in Economics, Management, Law, Human Resources Management or related field

  • Strong experience in Human Resources Department with a deep focus on Payroll & Administration field

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize

  • Highly organized and detail oriented

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal): Ability to speak effectively with groups of management and employees

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, knowledge of SAP for HR preferred

  • Good English
