YOUR ROLE

  • Drive our market share growth in the drugstores channel via understanding our market potential, clients characteristics and the shopper behaviour and creating strong sell out plans 
  • Planning of quarterly and monthly trade activities, analysis of promo efficiency, prioritization and cost optimization
  • Ensure right assortmet and brand position in the POS by client and store format
  • Monitor sell in results and clients'performance ensuring correct turnover estimates and efficiency of stock management.
  • Together with sales team, defines pricings and commercial conditions
  • Ideation and implementation of multi-brand activities
  • Management of several internal & external stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Clients, Agencies)

YOUR SKILLS

  • Degree in Economics, Management, Marketing or Trade Marketing
  • Working experience of 5-7 years in Trade Marketing and Category Management, previous rotation in Sales is a strong plus
  • Previously in a multinational company of Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) of Food
  • Knowledge of market data systems as IRI, Nielsen, Foldernet, Spaceman, Apollo 
  • Strong presentation skills and analytical thinking 
  • Dynamic and positive attitude, flexibility, ability to prioritize tasks and manage high workload
  • Very good communication skills, able to collaborate with different people and functions
  • Excellent Italian and English
