YOUR ROLE

  • Manage strategic partnership and plan with Key Clients on assortment, pricing and promotional elements of all Henkel Laundry & Home Care products
  • Responsible for protecting and growing Henkel’s business with customers recognized for their strategic importance
  • Manage launch strategy and execution plan of all innovation (items and new brands) Laundry & Home Care
  • Responsible for delivering monthly forecasting of revenue, net sales, and retail sales
  • Lead partnership & negotiations with all client agreements for optimal promotion planning and investments
  • Closely cooperate with local Marketing and Trade Marketing responsibles on how to exploit Laundry & Home Care value on assigned strategic clients 
  • Strong experience on team management and leading

YOUR SKILLS

  • Master’s Degree in Economics, Management or Marketing preferred
  • 7-10 years of cross functional experience in Sales, Marketing and Trade Marketing  
  • Candidates should be currently in Sales department
  • Relevant experience across Laundry & Home Care categories is an advantage
  • People currently in a FMCG multinational company (Food, Personal Care, Home Care, etc) will be strongly advantaged 
  • Excellent people manager able to motivate and engage people in the team 
  • Strong negotiator with exceptional analytical and presentation skills, skilled at managing complexity, proactive and with a high professional potential to exploit 
  • Fluent in English and Italian
