YOUR ROLE

Digital Marketing:

  • Full responsibility for Steering the implementation of Global Digital strategy on local level
  • Development of Digital Campaigns in collaboration with Marketing including Influencer activation, Paid Search and SEO activations and Social Media strategies including World of Mouth campaigns
  • Measurement and reporting of campaign impact on traffic, acquisition, conversion, retention and revenue and initiation of corrective measures if needed
  • Support Marketing and Media department in planning and monitoring Digital budget

CRM Management:

  • Planning and execution of CRM strategy across Business Units with the objective to drive customer retention and loyalty
  • Manage consumer data in Henkel Database Business Intelligence System and support other functions (Marketing, Trade Marketing and Sales) in CRM activation and in defining and implementing customized client activation programs to achieve “Preferred Digital Partner” relationship
  • Definition and implementation of CRM platform structure and architecture ensuring seamless functionality across the entire organization capturing all key data in the customer life cycle
  • Planning and steering of CRM budget

YOUR SKILLS

  • Master’s Degree in Marketing, Economics or Management, Digital Marketing specialization is a nice to have
  • +5 years of experience in Digital Marketing and CRM Management in FMCG multinational companies or Digital agencies
  • Able to perform quantitative evaluations and strongly oriented to analysis
  • Proactive, energetic and solution-oriented person with enthusiastic and flexible approach to propose new ideas and act as change agent
  • Team worker and interested in having a positive impact to colleagues and collaborators who directly report to him
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, Power Point, Digital analytic tools and CRM Database
  • Fluent in Italian and English
