Division: Adhesives Technologies - Industrial Area
- Support sales team creating new leads / prospects /new customers
- Executes local sales plans for assigned accounts in line with SBU strategy to maintain and develop existing / acquire new customers/ manage promotions
- Manages new leads and lead qualification within assigned customer scope
- Works closely with others and other Henkel departments to provide the best customer experience
- Executes pricing actions, included all the mandatory steps (quotations)
- Executes customer roadmap and manages / closes respective CRM tool (ACE) growth opportunities
- Supports transactional processes to ensure compliance with corporate standards
