·Develop and execute global/regional OES target account strategy to deliver financial ambition
·Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders in the Automotive Aftermarket Sector developing LOCTITE and TEROSON brands sales in this market
·Drive negotiation with OES customers and national/regional automotive spare parts wholesales developing new applications and activities in collaboration with marketing and technical customer service
·Maximize existing business and seek for new opportunities both with existing and new customers in particular in OES and automotive spare parts distribution sector
·Set, monitor and achieve sales targets, managing both short and long term results
·Collect and analyze sales data and trends
·Build and execute sales and marketing plans
·Keeping up with key category trends identifying new business opportunities
·Liaise with Sales, Marketing and other business support departments to set and implement strategies
