·Lead Customer Service Team inside adhesive division and drive specialized interaction with customers to steer continuous improvement and collaboration.
·Ensure the successful execution of the Daily Operation Cycle leading to improved ECSL (End Customer Service Level) performance and faster response to incidences.
·Ensures high quality and efficiency of CS processes, contributes in projects to roll out new tools and processes in a local and regional environment, monitors Service KPIs of CS
·Coaches, develops and engages the front office team to improve customer experience
·Systematically develops Teams and Talents in the respective Customer Service organization
·Experience in customer service of multi-national companies and working in an international environment. Both industrial and GDO market knowledge.
·Solid experience in people management.
·Organization, proactivity, change management, leadership, problem-solving skills are required for this position;
·Strong orientation to customer satisfaction.
·Good Microsoft Office skills, (medium Excel level);
·CRM, Service Cloud and SAP good knowledge.
·Medium/high level of English language.
