·Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders in the Automotive Aftermarket Sector developing LOCTITE and TEROSON brands sales in this market
·Develop distributors partners in her/his area and manage distributors’ sales force training on LOCTITE and TEROSON products in collaboration with local technical customer service
·Set, monitor and achieve sales targets, managing both short and long term results in his/her area
·Demonstrate TEROSON and LOCTITE products
·Maximize existing business and seek for new opportunities both with existing and new customers in Collision Repair Sector
·Collect and analyze sales data and trends
·Execute sales and marketing plans
·Learn from sales team and contribute to its growth
·Keeping up with key category trends, identifying new business opportunities
·Liaise with Sales, Marketing and other business support departments to set and implement strategies
