 YOUR ROLE

·Drive and develop the distribution activation strategy for execution al local level;

·Identify future market trends in distribution and translate them into growth opportunities;

·Distributor Segmentation – annual review and adaptation;

·Distributor contract implementation and process definition;

·Distribution discount and bonus strategy for distribution

·Key Account Management for main local distributors

·Sales Plan and Campaign planning and execution at distributors

YOUR SKILLS

·Bachelor or Master degree in Economics or Engeneering (or equivalent)

·Ideally, 3 years job experience in sales, marketing (including business analysis & pricing)

·Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills  

·Team player but capable to work independently

·People Management skills

·Analytically skilled and pro-active with good time management

·Very good level of English (verbal and in writing) is mandatory together with Italian and /or Spanish

·Willingness to travel

·Knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs, Acrobat Professional and preferably also SAP
