  • Definition of short and long-term business plan for the brand assigned
  • Responsibility for analysis and monitoring of the brand performance (Sell-In and Sell-Out)
  • Translate brand strategy into tactical promotional plan (consumers and trade level), lead execution, define and control related KPIs
  • Design and execute brand campaigns (digital, in-store, PR). Lead campaign briefs, coordinate design working with agencies
  • Managing of relationships with agencies, external research institutes, internal partners and with the international marketing for the project development
  • Day by day coaching and support from your manager, in a continuous process of development of your managerial skills

  • Graduated in Economics, Management, Marketing or Trade Marketing
  • At least 3 years of experience in Marketing roles as Brand Manager
  • Strong analytical and numerical approach for performing market and financial data analysis, Sell-in/Sell-out analysis
  • Dynamic and resilient profile able to work hard in complete autonomy on different projects with high communication and relational skills and an objective and solution-oriented mindset
  • Presentation skills, ability to be autonomous in organizing and prioritizing and team-work oriented
  • Deep knowledge of Office (Excel and Power Point) and digital oriented
  • Excellent in English, Italian language is mandatory
