What we offer

  • Develop and execute local Vehicle Repair & Maintenance (VRM) market strategy being in line with the regional and global strategic guardrails

  • Develop and maintain long term vertical & horizontal customer relationships acting as a door opener for his/her direct reports into these accounts

  • Manage channels (OES, Mechanical and paint distributors) and accounts (Mechanical and body shops, official dealers) with central decision / purchasing process

  • Coordinate and act as bridge between internal, external stakeholders and customers

  • Motivate, mentor & coach local sales and account managers to exceed financial goals

  • Facilitate the knowledge transfer between local sales teams and within the VRM Western Europe team

  • Develop the project pipeline and deliver financial plan

  • Be member of Country and VRM Western Europe Management teams

Who we are looking for

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Economics, Engineering or Chemistry
  • Previous Technical Sales experience, Marketing previous role is a nice to have
  • Previous experience in product portfolio management
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Deep industry/market knowledge and experience is a strong plus
  • Target oriented and presentation capabilities
  • Excellent English and Italian
