What we offer

  • Develop & maintain long term vertical & horizontal customer relationships acting as a door opener for his/her direct reports into these accounts

  • Develop and execute local VRM market strategy being in line and/or respecting the VRM WE and global strategic guardrails (KSI, focus programmes)

  • Coordinate between internal stakeholders TCS/PD/Marketing/Purchasing/country sales organization and act as bridge between internal and external stakeholders and customer

  • Motivate, mentor & coach local TSE & account managers to exceed financial goals

  • Facilitate knowledge transfer between local sales teams & within the VRM WE team

  • Manage & improve project pipeline and deliver financial plan

  • Country Management team

Who we are looking for

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Economics, Engineering or Chemistry
  • Previous Technical Sales experience, Marketing previous role is a nice to have
  • Previous experience in product portfolio management
  • Strong orientation to customers
  • Deep industry/market knowledge and experience is a strong plus
  • Objective oriented and presentation capabilities
  • Excellent English and Italian
