YOUR ROLE

• Manages customer complaints and delivery satisfying customer service for E-commerce Channel
• Steers the management of orders from creation to invoicing, including customer negotiation
• Ensures high quality and efficiency of CS processes, steers and monitors Service KPIs of CS
• Acts as point of contact between customers and internal functions (Marketing, Sales, Management etc.)
• Identifies and improves department bottle necks

YOUR SKILLS

• Master Degree or equivalent
• Fluent in Italian and English
• Excellent computer skills, proficient in Excel
• Organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Passion for working with numbers, analytical mind set
• Team player but also able to work independently
• Plus: SAP understanding
• Availability for 6-month internship
