An excellent opportunity has arisen to apply for the role of the Regional Business Manager for Automotive Industry (m/f). the Regional Business Manager for Automotive Industry will be responsible for developing the A&S business within the Acoustic & Structurals European business with a specific link to the FCA accounts to achieve objectives both short and long-term (KP and TP).

What we offer

  • Define Business Plan including Competitor landscape, Market potential, Key Customers, Key Product Technologies and Go To Market Strategy
  • Regularly visit relevant key customers as well as design, product and process engineering centres to understand current and future customer needs
  • Contribute to growth in cooperation with Sales while filling the CAPRIS project pipeline and completing CAPRIS projects.
  • Support local Sales and KAM organization on projects
  • Support and lead organization of customer events, exhibitions, development of Mar-Com material
  • Initiate and lead development (Stage Gate/ADP) projects and roll-out of products and ensure focus on delivering commercial targets in close cooperation with TCS and PLM
  • Drive “Must Win Project List” in coordination with Global Technology Managers and Market Segment
  • Support sales-teams & customer presentations and marketing/sales support for our A&S business at FCA facilities across Europe
  • Communicates on a regular basis with European & Global Engineering teams of Henkel to discuss ongoing projects and new business opportunities

Who we are looking for

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the technical sales area
  • Experience in managing projects
  • Fluent in Italian and English
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent leadership and sales management skills
  • Strong personality, able to convert ideas into concrete actions and results
  • Willingness to travel across Europe
