We offer a 6 months paid internship at our Technical Customer Service laboratory, based in Caleppio di Settala. Excellent opportunity for your bright career start. Successful candidate will be dealing with surface treatment and lubrication technologies during industrial application and laboratory studies.

What we offer

  • Customer service support for Henkel related products portfolio (surface treatment and lubrication)
  • Training and product knowledge support of Henkel customers
  • Support to Sales Engineer Team during product application trials
  • Advisory service for sales and customers concerning product selection from the range and processing of their complaints
  • Customer process checking, including quantitative and qualitative analysis and feedback
  • Preparation of test reports
  • Participation in/support to new product developments and preparation of related training material

Who we are looking for

  • Degree in Chemistry, Material Science or related disciplines
  • Good knowledge of English and Italian language
  • Very good command of MS office
  • Analytical and conceptual thinking, initiative approach
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, willingness to work in a team and to self-development
  • High energy level complete the ideal profile
  • Attitude to work in experimental laboratory
